Most people who work with me stop smoking in just one session. That might sound surprising, especially if you’ve tried to quit before using patches, vaping, or willpower and found it hard. The difference is that my approach doesn’t just deal with nicotine, it works at the level of your mind — the habits, triggers and patterns that keep you reaching for a cigarette even when you want to stop.

Before we do the session, I take time to understand where you are in the process of quitting. Some people come to me fully ready to stop right away. Others aren’t quite there yet, and that’s absolutely fine. In those cases, I help you get clear about your decision and strengthen your motivation, so that when we do the session you’re in the best possible place for it to succeed. I don’t believe in rushing or pushing — I believe in helping you quit at the right moment, in the right way.

Does everyone succeed?

Because of the preparation, most people leave their first session knowing they are finished with smoking, with no doubt in their mind. I hear it all the time: “I thought it would be hard… but it turned out to be so easy I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner.”

Occasionally, someone does need more support — and that’s included. I offer a full year of follow-up at no extra cost. That safety net is there for your peace of mind, and I can confidently offer it because the success rate is so high. In practice, very few people ever need to come back.

So when you ask, “What’s the success rate?” the honest answer is: very high. Not because of statistics on a page, but because the process is designed around you — your readiness, your decision, and your commitment to finally becoming a non-smoker.
